Dark nights mods..

I'm trying to find a dark nights mod that makes the nights REALLY dark. I remember I used to have one awhile ago but now I can't get it back to how I had it back then. Right now I'm using the Enhanced Weather Dark Nights (80% darker) mod and this seems to be the darkest I can get it at. I am using other weather mods though, so could anyone tell me which mix of weather mods and dark nights mod would give me the best and darkest looking nights? Thanks!

You can adjust the settings of Enhanced Nights to make it darker. Check the INI file and find the bit that says:

 

Set EWENQuest.DarknessParameter to

 

Change that number to something lower than it is now. And make sure it's enabled. Along with enabling the sky darkening along with the ground. That combo should be making the nights so dark you literally can't see your hand in front of your face -- if it's not, you probably have something conflicting somewhere, or your brightness is turned up too high in the game's video settings.

Doh! hah I can't believe I missed that file. Well, I have been messing with it and it seems to really not be changing much though. I have even disabled all other weather mods besides enhanced weather too.. will post if I eventually get it working. Thanks for the help.

 

*Edit* I have gotten the Darker Nights to work perfect on my original CD installed version of the game. So I have come to the conclusion that the Steam version of the game pretty much isn't compatible with most of these mods somehow.
