I'm upside down, help!

I started up my game this morning and found that I'm upside down. The hell? I was just playing last night and I haven't installed ANY new mods. I haven't updated my load order, I haven't changed a single thing at all. 8 hours ago my game was perfect; now every save I load up is turned upside down. What the HELL is causing this and how do I fix it?! I can't find anything in Google; apparently it can happen sometimes to Wine or Linux users, but I'm on Vista. I could almost swear I've read about the bug somewhere before but for the life of me I cannot remember where (in something's readme? in the CS wiki?) and in any case I haven't made any changes to my game at all.

or was it shft+alt+(arrowkeys)?

Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately it didn't work. Doesn't do anything at all... I tried all possible combos of Ctrl, Shift, Alt and arrow keys. I'm still upside down!

Try changing the resolution for the game.

This sounds like a joke program I have seen a while back. Have any of your friends had access to the computer while you were out for a few minutes?

 

When you say 'you' are upside down, Do you mean the entire screen is inverted? or just your player character is upside down?

I mean that the entire camera view is inverted. It's not just the camera, though -- if it were only the view, I'd still be able to move around normally. I can't. Judging from the angle that I have to be at in order to activate a door or whatnot, my character appears to be standing on the ceiling instead of on the floor. It's like the entire physical gameworld is flipped upside down. No joke mods -- I live at home and no one else uses my computer; the only other folks here are my parents.

 

I managed to finally get the glitch to clear up after I did a full shutdown and cold boot on my computer (restart didn't work), and loaded a save from days ago. All the saves I'd tried to load while it was glitching are now permanently upside down, it seems. I'll get some screen shots of this tonight, since it seems like nobody's familiar with the issue... I can still almost but not quite remember reading about it, darnit, somewhere. It's just so odd that it would suddenly glitch like that when I hadn't changed a single thing, and even odder that the glitch corrupted every save I loaded up while it was happening. Bleh.
