The Amazing Non Responsive Jump Keyy

I Found this while playing around in my fallout3.ini file under [HAVOK]

 

fJumpAnimDelay=0.7500

 

As it says it controls the jump animation...I set this to 0.0 (what i posted is default value) and then my player started "tripping" over everything and if you ran off an object the player jumped. Basically any variations in height drop triggered the jump animation. The jump key itself felt more responsive as well. Might wanna fool around with this guy and see if a perfect value can be found.
