I really wanna play with this mod. but I deleted all my downloaded mods a while back. I can't find it anywhere.

Its there in MMH.

Most of the mods from PES and ElricM are backed up in MMH. If you can't find old mods even in MMH, you can ask Mod Detective Thread over at the official forum.
