Placing Objects

Hi there, fellow wastelanders! I just want to ask a really simple question (or at least it seems so)...

Is there an easy way to change the space where a mod places a series of objects?

I'm trying to make Banks of the Wasteland work with Sunglasses Collection and, since both of them use the same space in the Rivet City Market to place their shops and they've been pretty dead lately, I'd like to try and change them myself. I'm quite the noob when it comes to the GECK but with a couple of dummy-friendly indications I guess I'll manage LOL.

Open one in GECK, make it active, and put the new shop where you want it. You will probably want to copy the stand and then move the stuff so that the other mod's loot doesn't fall all over the place or float in the air.

Yeah, that's exactly the idea... the thing is I don't know how to locate the archives I've to edit to place the stand and the objects in a different space. For example, right now I'm browseing Banks of the Wasteland.esp and I've concluded that - since everything related to Rivet City starts with RC - I should edit one of those objects, but I just cannot identify which one of them could be the bank's office and/or a part of it (and when I finally find them, I'm not sure how to actually move them or where to put them). I mean, since I'm such a newbie I'm in need of a bit more specific indications which I very thoroughly appreciate. Sorry for the inconvenience, btw.

Click on the object in question in the render window. It will make a box around it. At this point you can do a simple ctrl+c/ctrl+v to copy/paste (or just move it but I don't recommend that in this case). Move the pasted object where you want it. Or, look in the object menu, and you will see a highlighted line. That's the object you selected. Right click on it and find 'view in object tree' or something similar, it will take you to the base item so you can see what it is and place another one. Hopefully I am answering the same question you're asking, I'm not entirely sure.

Yeah, you definitely are. Kudos and thank you very much for your help.
