I think the estrus mod will have what you are looking for. You can make people have fun with themselves or summon a tentacle thingy. This works on the player aswell as on the NPCs. Female only of course.

No idea what the heck you're talking about, but Midas Magic has a tentacle monster, and there was this freaky t=sex mod called Oestrus that had one that could AHEM! your player, or an NPC.
