boo
I sent a mssage to one 3 days ago but it hasn't been looked at yet.
Bess
Did you send your message to one particular moderator, or did you use the Report button? If you send a private message to an individual, you're taking the chance that they're incredibly back-logged with PMs, or they're away for a while, or they just haven't got to you yet (patience! -- three days isn't all that long a time). If you use the Report button, all of the staff will see your message, not just one. The Report button is usually your best bet.
boo
Except it says the report button is only for objectianble content.
Oubliette
No the report button is for any rules violation. If you have a site problem or question there's the contact us button at the bottom of the forums and nexus sites. If you've got a more general question you are of course free to pm a moderator specifically but as Bess said they are busy and their PM boxes are often full, so expect a long wait. Thandal
We actually prefer that members use the Report button to bring anything to the attention of the Staff. The Reports can be seen by all of us, whereas a PM only by one.
Deleted3619564User
Yes Thandal, but also i notice that you (admins/staff) doesn't reply.I also opened two report from the report button but I have no answer after 2 months. I sent a PM to Dark0ne, no reading, no answer. I sent a PM to The Vampire Dante and he was the unique person who asked for what i needed but anyway he didn't answer to my questions. It was a simple support request: Good morning,i notice sometimes endorsements get away.I know that people can endorse and remove it in a second time, but i don't receive any pm or post from people about this (if there are problems or others). Is there a way to view who removes the endorse? Is it possible that the endorse "disappears"? I also added:I notice problem when you add the "endorse reminder" in the server download choice form. Probably is something wrong? The probability of being able to have a support is higher if we put a topic in feedback, suggestion and question and hoping that someone replies...... Thandal
Yes, there have been some hiccoughs with the endorsement system recently. No, you can't see who has endorsed (or un-endorsed) your mods.

bben46
Also - reports are not typically answered. The reason - we don't want to get into a discussion over rulings with people who disagree with our ruling on a report. If I just spent 20 minutes researching a report - then find that there is nothing to rule, or issue a informal warning ( nothing shows on the public forums) - then inform the reporter of that - they want to send a dozen messages back and forth to explain why they thought it rated a report. And if they get upset about it - they may not report the next infraction. As for reports, Sometimes there is not enough hard evidence to convict, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances you don't know about. Sometimes ( often) there were a dozen or more reports on the same infraction - meaning I would have to message every one then could be bombarded with a dozen messages like "WHY didn't you ban that jerk!!!"
