missing body parts and getting pink skin

This has probably been asked before and I'm sorry if it has, but I just got FO3 GOTY for the PC recently so I can toy with mods and such, already have the PS3 version for the Vanilla playthru. I have been able to load mods on Oblivion without much hassle in the past, but that was a while ago. Now I can't for the life of me get these FO3's mods to work together. The main problem I am coming across is on some, mainly the RR Companions, I am getting floating heads (i.e. missing mid sections) and sometimes pink skin, as well as massive lag in the RR vault 1. I have checked FO3Edit to make sure all meshes are in the proper directories and see they are. So before I toss out the RR Mods (since they seem to be causing my headache) I was wondering if anyone might have some insight on whether or not my load order is totally whacked or not.

As to the lag, I'm assuming that its caused by the game trying to locate and render the missing parts. My rig isn't top of the line but its been decent for most games without much lag if any.

im using almost all the same mods it seems to be a problem with the meshes used by the various mods. because if the mod meshes have the same mesh name. it should be the case that those mods cannot be both used at the same time because of this. Ive tried deactiviting the mods, didnt work. i just reinstalled fallout 3 and fixed the conflictions, which solved about 90% of the bodys. some of the npcs from the deactivated mods and some raiders still have problems however and i dont know why >.< also for some reason i cant be inside my megaton home for more than a minute or the game crashes idk why

 

also i would agree with you on the lag, my computer IS top of the line and i still experience lag, for some reason always with the console command line and the terminals <.< and menus
