Not everyone can, I took the time to try and learn how, and for Skyrim I only was able to make a dead body have a large amount, of unusable gold. I honestly don't know how I ended up with gold I couldn't spend, but it happened. Actually, what I would like is a special Kvatch shield where the Wolf is Black, the circle it's in is pure white, and the outer ring is black as well, sort of a ceremonial shield.
