Sferzar
Hey folks, I just have a question about something that's been bothering me for the majority of the day. I have created an NPC, have successfully placed him in game and provided him with a conversation. What I am wondering is how to remove the annoying Robobrad voice that has been put as a placeholder for VO while conserving the lip syncing and the expressions. I've tried deleting the .fev and .fsb files for the conversation but it doesn't to be doing the trick. I know for a fact that its possible to remove the placeholder VO but I'm just not sure how to go about it. Any ideas?
Firinneach
I've spent forever trying to find an answer to that question, Sferzar. Unfortunately, as best I've been able to discover deleting the .fev and .fsb files is all some people have to do (and they keep the lip syncing!) but I assume you get the same result I did which is that if you delete those files then none of it works anymore. Here's the best thread I've been able to find on the topic:http://social.bioware.com/forum/Dragon-Age-Toolset/Toolset-Audio/How-to-use-VO-and-then-FaceFX-but-not-getting-the-VO-sound-ingame-272299-1.html Hope you have more luck than I did. Cheers.
Sferzar
Thanks for the response! I was also able to just do that by deleting the .fsb and the .fev files but after a re-installation of the toolset I wasn't able to do it anymore. I will back up my module and see if a re-installation works. It might be an odd bug on the toolcrap.
