fwe - medical kit problem

a few days ago i noticed that i get +10 medicine even when i DON'T have the medical kit in my inventory

is there any way to solve this? i tried searching for a console command for removing item / chem effects but i haven't found any

"player.removeitem itemid amount", that's the command BUT you have to know the base id of the object, if its vanilla go to

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3_items and search for it, else...you have to open geck, and load the mod that added the item, search for its id and then use it in-game, remember to change the first 2 digits with the loadorder number, you can acquire that looking in fomm, there's the number.

i found the medical kit's baseid using player.showinventory, and i removed it with player.removeitem, but the medical kit's effect is still there!
