Need Help With New Mod

I am making a new mod that will add new lands to the game. The overall size will be the same as Oblivion and i will have new npc's ,creatures, weapons and armour. The only problem is i need some help.

 

I need someone who can make weapons and armour, but have them unique and never seen anywhere else.

 

I will also need someone who can create new races for npc's and someone who can make creatures.

 

and last of all someone to script, i am planing a new story for the main quest and new side quests.

 

If there is anyone who can help please let me know, you will get the correct credits for your work.

The promised land.

 

Not long after the king Uriel Spetim ruler of Tamriel had been assassinated, the news hit our land and our king swore on our land he would fix this wrong. He sent forces to Tamriel in hope that he could stop this threat because once Tamriel is lost our land would be next.

 

Our best fighters had perished and all hope had but vanished until word of a warrior who could stop this attack from Oblivion. We sent our finest fighters, the king’s guards to give support to this warrior and help him in his travels. Not all is lost though we have a the strength to defend our land, but for how long?
