More unique items in Oblivion.

Okay, well. I'm new here as you may be able to tell =] Before I say anything, I suppose I should say I'm still learning the TES Construction Set and I'm going to start out simple. I don't know if this has been done before, but I'd like to add a whole bunch more of unique variations of weapons to caves, mines, ruins, and other places. It'll give new things to do in the game, reasons to explore caves, mines, etc, instead of just ignoring them while on your way to a quest. The items will be static so if you know where a good weapon is, you can get a jump start by heading to that cave. However, the most powerful ones will be well hidden in obscure places of both the map and the dungeon. They will also be guarded by creatures, the strength of the creatures will depend on how powerful the enchantment is (if there is one), the type of weapon (ex. daedric, ebony, glass), and the obscurity of the location. Also, unless is kind enough to lend some modeling and texturing skills (for I have none) this mod could have some, obviously, custom models and textures.

 

Well, sorry about that mini-wall of text. I don't really have too much except the idea for the mod yet. But, I hope to have some nice stuff soon.
