Fix your load order. Run BOSS on this. Then try regenerating your Oblivion.ini. Are you running the latest version of OBSE. The default CM Partners plugin requires OBSE. You might as well grab the latest version. Just google "OBSE", and install v18 stable.

Cool, your setup could use a few updates, but they are not vital.

 

 

In case you want to know:

 

OOO FULL has a 1.34b5 update

OOO LITE has a 1.33b update

UOP has a 3.2.5 update
