I am totally stupid when it comes to modding. I want that out front, ok? I can download stuff and extract it to whatever folder you want. Once that is done, though, I tend to put on my moron hat, sit at my keyboard, and drool. As a result, I am not getting the results I want with this mod. I know, I know, ha ha, it is the Dragon Age Pron mod. Great. Once the laughing is done, can someone please help me with something?

 

I have successfully installed the better sex cutscenes, but the characters are still in their small clothes. Can someone tell me, in detail, how I can get them nude, please? And also, when they're nude in camp sexing it up, do they then revert back to armor and such when leaving camp? I don't want my warden out there going head to head with an ogre with her boobs swinging in the breeze, ok? Nor do I want Alistair (my current love interest) to lose certain, shall we say, vital parts!

 

Please don't just tell me to install some other mod like Natural Bodies, ok? Because I did, and it didn't work for me. I extracted that mod to the My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age folder and no luck.

Sorry that you don't want to hear this, but the only way your characters will be in the nude is if you download one of those mods like Natural Bodies. When you're manually installing something like that, the pathname you listed is the wrong place. If you're willing to try it out again, paste this instead:

 

On my computer (with Windows XP) I extract override files to

C:\Program Files\Dragon Age\packages\core\override

 

I use Natural Bodies and Realistic Look. If extracting the files to that location doesn't work out for you, I'd be happy to try to give a more detailed explanation.

 

On another note, the clothing will be restored after the scene finishes, so nothing will be swinging in the breeze.

I have to back moon up on this. The bettersex mods do not alter the body of the characters involved with it. You wil have to install a mod such as natural bodies. Luchaire has repeated this numerous times in her mod.

You didnt install naturalbodies correctly, if all you did was drop the override file into another folder. You have to dl and install damodmanager http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=277

you then have to drop the nbaio.override file (found within the .7z folder) into the OVERRIDE box of the modmanager program. Once you've done that, you right click on it and choose configure. you then go thru the list and choose which options you want each different figure to have.

A. Deleted Mass Effect 2

B. Re-Formatted my hard drive

C. Re-Formatted the hard drive of my brother who lives 3000 miles away

D. Launched all the Trident IV missiles in our nation's inventory.

just remember that any mod that alters the dialog for these characters MIGHT conflict with this mod IF you are using the "dirty kiss" dialog option.

And that any mod which alters the camp sex scene will conflict with that mod.

 

Anything that alters the morrigan ritual scene, is ok, so far as conflicts.

Well, I'm with Sak 1776 when it comes to all of this stuff so I know how you feel. However I've have read the posts of both Moonrhapsody0688 and Darkewolf, and you have both inspired me to give your suggestions a try. This afternoon when I have some time I will give it a whirl. No prob grannywils :smile: Hope that the installation goes smoothly for you. I will go ahead and mention that the mod comes packed in a .7z folder. You'll need 7zip or peazip (recommend 7zip, peazip is a bit more advanced...) to extract the nbaio.override file from inside there, before you can DnD (drag and drop) it into the override box of damodmanager. Just right click on the downloaded 7z and choose extract :wink:
