pondereplay
So I downloaded 'Silent Mp3 For Oblivion' by Olchenna. Do I merge them into my data/sound folder ? Or do I have to use them in the CS to add them to the NPC dialog that needs them ? Im unsure. There is no readme or info with the download. Please help :) Thanks. Tomlong54210
What are you trying to achieve by installing this?' Elys' Universal Silent Voice <-- an OBSE pluginPreparing for Mods <-- instruction for installing OBSE and the plugin near the bottom If you are trying to use them for voiceless dialog in a mod, and you do not want users to have to download Elys' then, yes, you will have to have the CS point to them, but the details are outside of my area of expertise. Try looking at another mod with silent voice (i.e., Kvatch Rebuilt and many other mods.) Edit: I downloaded the KR greetings, and it looks like you need to make the files somewhat match the dialog. I know that the folder naming to match the plugin is a must, but not to sure about the rest...

David Brasher
TES4Gecko is a great utility if you want to automatically and quickly add silent MP3 files of various appropriate lengths to a mod you plan to upload for use by people that don't all have Universal Silent Voice. Markmid
Downloaded. Thanks for the info This could be so easily fixed though, having the default, default to a silent mp3 of a few seconds long rather than nothing. Thanks again for reminding me of the resource! :D
