mechsaber
Not sure if anyone else found this out or if theres another topic about it.. but as i was exploring i found an intersting rune stone thing. is was called the "tower stone" when i activated it, it gave me the option of changing my birth sign from " the mage" to "the tower" i wonder where the other ones are. Eother
I dunno. I saw something of the sort, but it just gave me a little power related to some birthsign...it didn't actually change the birthsign. So, I suspect you are wrong!! BAD!!! >:( :glare: They're STILL WATCHING ME!!
Malchik
There are several 'doomstones'. One of the courier issues is about them . It says Quill-Weave in Anvil has researched them. However she has nothing to say and there is no info in her house. (Ah - a $5 mod on the way Bethesda?) They are not shown on any map so you must either annotate your own map or make notes if you need to go back to them. The lecture given to the mages in the grounds of the Arcane University is about them I believe. 13 stones correspond to birthsigns. You may select one power at a time. Like all powers you may cast it once per day. It does not affect your own birthsign. You can change the power at any point but can never have more than one in your inventory. 7 'heaven stones' will give powers (if your fame is high enough; 10 thru' 70). These are quite good and you can get all seven. IIRC all these are glowing red. Green 'Runestones' will give you bound armour or weapons but only when activated for a short while. I haven't found a use for them yet as there is no mark and recall facility. I don't know how many of these exist in game.

Last thing I need is some ghost to jump out at and eat my soul for getting a damn riddle wrong or somthing.... Yeah, I'm a coward... but I never die. FYI - If I ever do die, I delete the character.Perma Death forever... Hard core rulez. glut glutBolgo The Madd
