The warning was given for the following reason: Uploading of copyrighted music Quote form the file description: "NOTE: I do not own or hold any rights to the music used in this mod, all music belongs to their respective owners. No copyright infringement is intended. " When you upload the music that IS copyright infringement, it is the same deal as uploading pirated MP3's.
