Switching Pc Problems

Hey there!

So recently I bought an Alienware Pc to replace cheap laptop and I have encountered a problem. I've been able to move The actual Fallout New Vegas game over and my save but when I tried moving my mods across my home server to the new pc something went wrong. I loaded my game and my last save and was confused when all of the mods from my old pc where technically working since I could see all the guns and the clothes and the pip boy readius but all of the textures were a flickering mess of multiple textures. I turned all my mods of and loaded it up again and saved since I heard that might fix it. Now the textures are still messed up and when I go to look at my pip-boy and I stare at my bare wrist when the vanilla one is on or I just stare at my empty hand when I activate readius. I have no clue how to fix this and I really don't want to start everything over again since I have spent a fair amount of time on this character. Hopefully there's a fix because I don't want to lose this character.
