vanitusgamer Posted August 17, 2014 Share Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) So I installed the Interior Lighting Overhaul, Flashlight NVSE, Mod Configuration Menu, and Dynavision mods and now I can't uninstall any mods without NMM crashing. I also can't use the pause menu in New Vegas, pressing esc just does nothing. Any idea what's going on or how to fix it? Update: I seem to have solved my own problem again. First, I went into the Task manager and forced a background version of NV that was running to quit, then I set my NV's Data folder Red Only to off. That allowed me to use NMM again so I uninstalled NV Interior Lighting Overhaul and just installed the base version of it. Seemed I had a plugin for it I didn't need.
