Trouble With Most of Dawnguard Quests

After hundreds of hours of modding my game i actually reached a point where everything is working properly, everything is stable, no CTDs or whatever else.

The only problem i get now i really weird and i can't understand what causes it.

 

Problems start with quest called Awakening. When i enter the cave the are no quest NPCs and the entrance (iron gate) is blocked by a huge stone.

This is just the beginning.

If i skip this part and proceed directly to Serana's thing i get even more ridiculousness. I cant talk to Serana for the life of me. On every single quests from start to end you cant talk to her under any circumstance.

I can continue describing every problem with every quest, but its pointless AND most of the problems are tied to Serana's crap which i described before.

In attempts to fix this i tried switching from NMM to MO, including a complete re-installation of every mod. Didn't help

Creating a new character on a clean game and then playing it on the modded game somehow fixed it.
