I am Trying to Mod Oblivion and keep Failing. What am i doing wont?

Okay so i tried to get the Assassins Creed 2 Revisited Mod and it didnt work.

This is what i did.

I Downloaded the File for AC2R.

I Made it into a WinRAR Folder.

I Dragged it from the WinRAR Folder into Oblivions 'Data'

I Go onto oblivion mod manager and its there,

but when i launch oblivion and go to the Anvil Abandoned House Basement, its not there!

What am i doing wrong? Use detail please.
