Mods not working

I recently reinstalled Oblivion and now barely any mods work.

I install the mod correctly but ingame nothing happens.

Make sure your game is patched to the latest version. Make sure your load order is sorted. Go to the site linked in my sig. A link to the latest official patch is in the sidebar under "Links" and a page on load ordering is under "Finishing the Installation".
