Landscape LOD low-quality mesh+textures

I've tried running TES4LOD Generator to generate new LOD files to fix the problem, but to no avail. The landscape LOD is extremely shitty looking. I haven't messed with the uGridLoad setting in the oblivion ini file (apparently doing so can cause visual artifacts). Here's a list of mods that I have that would be relevent to this sort of problem:

 

Qarl's Texture Pack 3 (OMOD version)

Natural Environments

Unique Landscapes (OMOD compilation + All Patches in an OMOD)

Streamline (improves cell buffer management)

 

I have a few other texture mods, but those I installed recently, the LOD was messed up before them.

 

I've had this problem for quite a while (it didn't just suddenly appear after installing a mod), I just tolerated it and intended to fix it in a bit, and when I went to try and fix it, I couldn't.

 

I have the latest official and unofficial patches installed.

 

I don't want to have to reinstall unless I really have to, because it'll take me hours to get all my mods installed properly again.
