His swords are on the nexus, but not his armour, and I think it's awesome enough to warrant a mod of it's own :D. It'd depend on precisely what it looks like, but judging by that description I'd say no, this is meant to be heavy armor- a simple red coat would hardly be considered heavy armour :p.
