sleemie
I'm having trouble with FOMM and I wanted to post a screen shot of something. It won't let me simply take the screen shot and paste it in to the message, so I tried putting it in a Word document and then attach it but I get a message saying I can't upload this type of file, then I click on help with attaching files to use the advanced uploader but that just takes me to my profile settings..... fap6000
why wud you want to take a picture of FOMM. It only does a few things. 1. Makes it more easy to move mods into a load order. 2. Unpacks .BSA archives 3. Launches FOSE (you know the game) 4. Turns .Esp into .Esm 5. Toggles Archive invalidation Invalidated Yah sure it does other stuff, but the stuff above is it's primary use, meaning anything else is new stuff currently being tested and figured out. I myself don't even need it for anything else. In the new version of FOMM if you wanted to copy the load order to the clipboard it's in the load order tab at the top. As fer yer upload of a screeny, most sites require the picture to be in Jpeg format (compressed) and from site to site have different overall data size for the file. Then most forum boards, require the image to be hosted on another site, like Photobucket for example, then only links or Html an other hidden codes are used to actually show it on the post. bben46
If you already have the shot you want to show. Post it to a free image site such as photobucket. Then use the photobucket link to display the image on the forums. Photobucket is a very good place to keep and organize pics and images that you would like to use on other sites. It's free, and each account has a private folder option that no one else can see unless you give them permission. As well a s a public folder that is searchable by anyone. There are several other free sites that do the same thing. such as Flickr, ImageShack and more. Do a google search on 'free image sharing sites' for a bigger list.
