Talking Animation

Hey, can someone tell me how to get an NPC (or player) to use an animation that makes it look like they are talking.

Much like the ones you see the NPC's using when talking to eachother.

 

For example

 

Click the target NPC

type in playidle p01

and the NPC is using a moving animation that makes him look like he is talking.

 

That's the kinda thing I'm looking for.

Vanilla animations would be preferable but I don't mind if you know a mod that has this
