Questions on how to create your own class and add a sumary behind it

I am a complete noob to mods and what not but i am using the Shadow ranger mod that hobbs created and i wanted to create my own custom class and be able to add a summary like where it adds the whole story behind the class like an

Assassin-Nimble and quiet, they move in darkness to strike at the unsuspecting. Locks hold no doors shut for them.

 

I want to be able to do this but with my own summary and my own class if somone can help me it would be much appriacated. or at least point me in the direction of where i can find a way to do this
