Texture problems please help

So basically i was modding my game, nothing too much just some weapon mods and the texture on quite a lot of things started to mess up, my pip-boy being the worse. I presumed i had modified or deleted some texture or mesh files or something? (Don't insult me, i'm kind of a noob) so i copied my brothers texture and mesh folders from his game on to mine, still nothing has changed. Now i have completely uninstalled the game, deleted all game files and re-installed it and it's still the same... My game is on medium quality. Hopefully there's some really easy solution to this.http://i.imgur.com/wtfZQ0B.png This is my very, very messed up pip-boy. Certain items such as carpets are also very dodgey texture. Most things in the game are completely normal but these few textures have made me want to stop playing the game untill i can resolve this issue. Also on certain guns small parts aren't correct, like on the gun pew-pew there's a small yellow triangle at the side of the gun which is very blurry, just like the pip-boy, where as the rest of the gun is fine.

 

 

Also at this point there's 0 mods installed on my game, so it's not the problem of conflicting mods.

from your screen shot i'd have to guess that the game isn't fully loading the textures for the items fully and they are only half rezzed in. have you updated gfx card drivers recently or anything like that ?

maybe try running the game using the 4gb launcher. kind of looks like a lack of graphics ram or something like that. i have it now and then on ground textures but moving around normally fixes it.i'm guessing it never used to do this on this pc ?
