Belua Sanguinare Revisited and Predator Vision not Giving Nightvision Powers

Edit: It works now for some reason. I uninstalled and reinstalled the ENB (and only the ENB) and now it works, better than it did before. Any ideas as to why?

 

It was working fine until recently. I just started a new game but now they don't seem to work. I start the game (as a Bosmer), drink the Belua Sanguinare potion, wait for the transformation, and then check. I gained the other two powers and the two spells, but no nightvision. I checked the load order, then even uninstalled/reinstalled both mods. Finally, I tried verifying the game cache (found 2 files, fixed it, now only finds one file). Still not working! I had the problem before with nightvision not properly working (because of ENB) but fixed that as per Belua Sanguinare's instructions, and even then I had the powers, the screen just didn't change. Any and all help appreciated, load order is posted below.

I am waaaaaaaaay too late for this but Alternate start is causing the issue. You need to have uninstall predator vision. start your game and save. Reinstall predator vision and it should work.

Predator vision doesn't play well with alternate start for some reason but if you install predator vision after you have slept in the bed to begin alternate start then it works perfectly
