mr food11 Posted May 9, 2010 Share Posted May 9, 2010 So I just recently got the Moogle Race Mod and fell in love with it. However, I am also a fan of D2k's Action Ragdolls, which changes the "skeleton" nifs to make the ragdolls much faster and dynamic. However, seeing as both of these modify the "skeleton.nif" and "skeleton_beast.nif" files, They replace eachother. This leaves me with a dilemma: I could either sacrifice the delicious ragdolls for moogles with wings and such, sacrifice the moogles, wait for a ragdoll compatibility update, or modify the nifs myself. Now, I feel like requesting to make an update for action ragdoll compatibility would be asking for a bit much, considering that I have no idea how much work goes into that field (I would assume a lot). That being said, however, I have no clue how to modify the havok physics in nifskope, which I would personally much rather do. So what I'm asking is: 1. Could anyone provide me with information on how to modify the ragdolls in nifskope (note that I have no expercience with it)? and/or 2. Could anyone provide a compatibility patch for the moogle mod to work with d2k's action ragdolls? Also 3. What tools should I be using? I've never used blender or nifskope before.
