Nifskope Texture Errors

I'm having some issues applying my diffuse map/textures to my model in Nifskope. Every time I choose the texture, the texture appears really messed up:

I saw some other older forums that say that I should change the Num UV Sets from the base nif (the one before I transfer the NiTriStripsData over) from 1 to 4097, however mine is set to 0 and I can't edit it.

Is BS Num UV Sets the same as Num UV Sets?

Well I fixed my original problem, it being that when I exported the .dds from photoshop I generated mip maps, when what I really wanted to do was select "No mipmaps." Now I have another problem, part of the texture is warped in nifskope:

That area looks fine in when i open the texture in photoshop, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
