360° Walk and Run Mod?

It would help tremendously to figure out more of what I am talking about.

 

You think that it is possible to make a mod like that for Oblivion? I already know Natural Walk is out that lets you do this, but it isn't quite what the 360 Walk and Run Mod does. The 360 Walk and Run Mod makes it more fluid by adding directional movement.
