In console mode, you have to use FormID, not EditorID.

player.addspell <spell formID>

 

So how do I look up the formID for adrenaline Rush or do I just type "player.addspell adrenaline Rush formID"?

 

You can do it several ways. CS, or to me, it's faster to look it up on the website that I linked in my previous post.
