Your UOP is fine, but you have not grabbed OMOBS. I read all of your posts. Have you reinitialized SL from the INI in game? If you do not understand that instruction, do a clean save. Launch the game without SL active, save and then activate it and relaunch. You have not placed those plugins that BOSS did not recognize in appropriate locations. You have four floating below Streamline for no reason. They do not belong there.

Now, what have you deactivated? I do not have a computer with Oblivion on it, so I cannot take a look inside those plugins. If you want to use them and they are not mergeable, you have to leave them active. Have you read any of the pages I have linked on load ordering? You do not seem to understand what I mean by deactivate or what that does? If a plugin is mergeable, if you have it deactivated (as you should) when you check it in the merge section of the bashed patch and rebuild, a "+" will appear in the check box. That means that the plugin is virtually active. If the plugin is only imported, a dot will appear in the check box. That just signifies that some of that plugin's content is imported into the bashed patch. If a plugin cannot be put into either of those states (merged or import only) it must remain active if you want its content to be loaded into the game. Do not be confused, active plugins can have content imported into the bashed patch as well. Importing and merging are very different. Therefore, if these Visually Enchanted plugins you are using meet neither of those criteria (and they do not) they have to remain active.

I have deactivated every mergable plugin that i have found and i do have a + on at least 20 plugins ive disabled. ( Using Wrye bash suggestions and BOSS suggestions ). Ive gone through all of boths suggestions and done it. Visual Enchantments gives the message i said earlier if i mark as mergable and doesnt receive a + or a . just a blank square if i deactivate it after recreating a BASH patch. Im going to launch game without SL save and reactivate it will post if it works in a second. Ill sort out the unrecognized mods soon using ur links.

with steamline deactivated i still see the fog. Ive deactivated all my mods and still had mods causing changes in game before ( unless i deactivate them through OBMM ). If there no other way to do it ill reinstall Streamline and re set it up to work with stutter remover and set fog off before i start in game. How do i do the other option u said earlier? I remember there being a ingame menu in the readme is it in there?

Yes, this is explained in the Read Me, which you should read. Ctrl+Home <-- access SL menus

I have already explained, in as many ways as I know how, that the Visual plugins you are using are not mergeable. Therefore, when you deactivate them, they are just deactivated. You told me yourself that Wrye Bash said they are not mergeable. What do you not understand about that? I said you have to leave them active if you want to use them because of that fact.

Ok i said that about my deactivated plugins because u posted that i " didnt understand " how to deactivate plugins and leave them virtually active and i added in the visual enchantments because i thought u were still talking about that.

Trying the Streamline thing other then that im fine

I am asking whether or not you understand. I cannot tell you whether or not you do. Of course, I could, but that does not mean anything. Do you understand the difference between, action: "deactivate", states: "active", "deactivated", "pseudo-active", (Bash) "merged" and "imported"?

Edit: I apologize if I offended you. I do admit I am getting frustrated at my ineffective attempts at teaching you this aspect of load ordering and Wrye Bash. I will have to think over this, so that I when I rewrite the pages on my site, I can better get through to users...

Ya i understand the difference between all of those... if i didnt i wouldnt have a bashed patch and my game would be falling apart. I also wouldnt know how to use a mod at all if i couldnt activate and deactivate them.

and i know what virtually active mods do and how to use them ive posted that already and my LO shows it with the + symbols running down FCOM patches and my working bashed patch.

Other then that i think i will have to reinstall streamline, this fog isnt going away even if i deactivate. I actually dragged the plugin out of my data file and still had the fog in game. I activated the in game menu and intallized ini changes. I also tried turning off Streamsight in the ingame menu. I really doubt another mod is making this fog, but i dont know what the deal is with streamsight.

Streamline's effects do not hang around after you deactivate it. It is not that type of mod. Have you tried this on a new game. It does not just generate constant fog, only at a distance. If you are talking about fog that is remotely close, it is weather and not Streamline.

Edit: Try dropping this 18 Natural_Weather_HDR_with_darker_Nights_by_Max_Tael_RD.esp <-- a weather mod is the most likely candidate for fog making with SL out of the picture
