this would be my FOMM load order, but the game barely starts up the intro music begins, then it is suddenly says the a-typical game-crash message.

Just check your load order with the FO3Edit: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=637

 

Rename the FO3Edit.exe to FO3MasterUpdate.exe and run it. If there are any load order problems the programme will tell you.
