First of all, I'm a console gamer mainly, so dumb it down XP With FOSE v1 2 beta 2, when I download it, it doesn't get sent to a zip file. I tried previous versions of FOSE and it did this, I was able to extract it to the Fallout 3 game directory and put the files there. FOSE(Version 1.1) worked, but I do not believe it is compatible with FWE (because, apparently, there is an option to 'Wake up' and skip the birth scene and set up your character there, but it is not occurring). When I do download the file, it's a .7z file and it gets sent to by desktop, and I have no idea how to access the files inside.
