razorpony
That has happened to me before, although I can't remember what the issue was. I think it was a load order conflict. Try running BOSS and then if that doesn't fix it run TES4LODGen for kicks. Pretty sure it was load order though. -Razorpony

Tomlong54210
That just sounds like the mod is incomplete. What mod are you trying to use? If the mod's landscape is not yet completed, you cannot do too much for it...
yeldarb
How many different world mods are you running? I know one of the Hammerfell mods causes multiple holes in Oblivion and the shivering isles. When I added Total Tamriel I had alot of issues with smaller mods and landscape issues with Eleswyr. With Morroblivion the issue was caused by not having the correct load order . When I played Solsthiem,Vardenfall, and Mournhold I had no problems, but I only ran it by itself.
RSz
I'm playing "SoVvM" and "NPC with Jobs", and on both I've got same problem - no ground, I had ground once in NPC with Jobs but after some time I traveled back to that realm and then it had no ground, I thought it was only on that mod. I've downloaded SoVvM today and the same thing happened :(
