PN no food healing not working

Project nevada gave me the option to turn of food healing so i did but it's not working for some reason.

Could be another mod is overwriting the changes PN makes, something that alters ingestibles' properties.

Depending on which of PN's plugins adds the "no food healing" thing the cause for the issue is below that in the load order. (If this is indeed the cause; I'd suspect Sorter - Combined.esp, seeing as how it alters almost every food item. PN has its own sorter, doesn't it?)
