Error!

Hi all. I wanna use UV (Unnecessary Violence) and installed everything it requires.

But when I use UV attack key a few times I receive this annoying error:

Why does this error appear? How can I fix it?

Did you download and install all of the requirements of UV? I can't read that error message, but it seems like the kind of error that one would get when the program is trying to run a function that it doesn't understand.

I recommend reading FULL readme for UV and read it carefully...there are a lot of settings and requirements you must pay attention.

And one more thing. This error appears when I'm barehand and press UV modifier and UV attack key. When I do this repeatedly I see this error.

This key combination is used to make weapon offhand. Is that natural if I do this without weapon?

I'd say any error that leads to that kind of error screen is not natural. I'm pretty sure there would've been extensive testing to reduce that kind of error as much as possible.

 

Though, I think you have the wrong command for off-hand. This is what the readme says:

 

To toggle a weapon to/from offhand mode, in game mode, press and hold block, press and hold the UV modifier key and tap the UV attack key.

 

In other words, don't do it barehanded. Equip a weapon first, then press block + UV modifier key then tap your UV attack key. It's still not supposed to have an error without a weapon, but it might prevent errors if you do it properly.

OK, thanks, it has no sense to change grip on a weapon barehanded anyway. I just wanted to know the way to fix it. But it is not so important
