I need a mod to play MultiplayerChar. in the Singleplayer Kampagne or is that not possible,

Use better English. You can't play other races in the campaign and all the multiplayer weapons are already in the single player campaign. You either haven't unlocked them/bought them yet or you don't have the DLC.

no,the multiplayer weapons of ME3 need to be unlocked in the Coalesced to playable

for the playable races it's impossible unless you just swap a model

the weapons can be unlocked using the Coalesced mod
