Item Generation From Leveled Lists

Hey,

 

 

I need to know if Item generation from the leveled lists happens each time an interrior is loaded or if it is loaded the first time and then set with those items.

 

For example: If the end piece of a cabinet has a bunch of leveled items that COULD be loaded according to PC level, does it do it the first time the character enters the interrior - forming a novice retort - or will it do it each time the character enters - potentially forming an apprentice retort at level 3?
