Hot Air Balloon Player Home

First of all, I do know of the hot air balloon mod that puts a player home with balloons outside of Whiterun and this request is not really anything like that.

This mod is a request to add a player home high above the Skies of Skyrim. Dwermer and Dwarven technology bring you the full sized and fully mobile hot air balloon player home! This is a home seated at the bottom of a hot air balloon the basket (the area where the people can go) would be about the size of your average player home. Also, this home will actually (slowly of course) move about the world of Skyrim in real time. There needs to be a way to get up to the player home, maybe you have to know where to be able to get on once every ten days or so and if you miss the boat you need to wait 10 days for the balloon to dock in which case it will be docked for two to three days to perform restock after which point it will make another REAL TIME 10 day journey around Skyrim. I hope someone will take on this Mod as it would be very very cool!

NOTE:

The player is not required to drive the player home. They simply need to know where to catch the ride at the dock and just get on. If they want to get off, they can either simply jump off or add some way for them to get off without having to spend 10 days in the air. Also, you may want to add a map feature that lets the player know at any given time where their hot air balloon home is located. I would create this myself if I knew how to mod. I have never done it before. I will give full credit for everything to the creator of the mod, I just want to play the mod cause it sounds fun. :D

Everything is "pretty simple" - the atomic bomb was "pretty simple", as is Stem Cell extraction. If you know how. Trouble is, not many know how.

I'm assuming one could establish the balloon to have the properties of a hawk, where it follows a predefined path, or a cloud that can follow XMarkers.

Overcoming the game's physics engine that states that a house weighs as much as a house might be a problem.

Then you run into the classic Bethesda issue that led to the removal of Levitation - loading the surface-world map in real-time. Of course, this assumes someone was standing on an observation platform of the floating house watching the world pass below. If the player was limited to being inside the house during the trip with no view of the world, then you could simply "pretend" you were in flight for 10 days, after which the Zeppelin-House would appear at its next dock.

It's definitely an interesting concept, but far beyond my current skill level.
