Storage in the middle of nowhere

I would like to request a pine tree in the middle of the wastes surrounded with non-respawning boxes for storage. It should have it's own map marker for fast travel to and from.

It's purpose, unlike a player home, would be to store your excess stuff while you go do a DLC like "Mothership Zeta" where-in they confiscate your stuff, and if you used the console to get some of your stuff, it won't be there when you go to collect it from their containers. If a flagpole and flag is feasible, then do that. If using a huge roadside sign with just this: "Player Storage" printed on it, is feasible then do that.

Why a storage place?

 

So you can store children?

Before you rape them

and then chop them up and rape the little chopped up bits?
