Sonoske
You do not need to restart. Could you tell me what your current setup is exactly? Actually, reset your Data folder, and I will walk you through the process. My site really needs to be reorganized, and I get more frustrated with it with every trouble a user has getting through it. Once you reset your Data folder, remember to reinstall BOSS and any OBSE plugins (since they are installed in your Data folder.) Those are not a problem. Do you have your game patched to the latest version? The goal: Get all mods installed with OBMM. <-- That's what I think it should be for now, anyway. Edit: Nope. Mods can only be installed to the data folder. (I will not even both confusing you with the very unusually exception, that you do not need to concern yourself with at all...) Yea i used the unoffical obliv patch i think i may have forgotton to add my patch since i have restarted lol let me check

Tomlong54210
Not the UOP, but the actual latest patch. Those are different. If you are using the GOTY edition of Oblivion and have disc 2 installed, you do not need to install the latest official patch. Otherwise... Latest Official Patch - http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_patches.htm Please excuse me if I repeat myself. I do that a lot when I go on mass troubleshooting sprees, and I am playing a little catch up right now. Anyway, have you reset your Data folder, aside from the couple of things I pointed out. You may want to reinstall Wrye Bash too because it also adds a few things to the Data folder. You do not have to do any configuration, just extract the WB archive into the Oblivion folder, and copy the bashed patch into the Data folder again. That is all that needs to be done for a fresh Data folder, before you start installing mods. Let me know when you take care of all that, and we will move onto OBMM. For now, here are a few pages with which you can familiarize yourself with OBMM. I see that you already use it, but you may want to browse these to make sure you have not overlooked anything, especially the archive invalidation setting. Oblivion Mod Manager - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/prep/obmm <-- If you have already set "BSA Redirection", then I have nothing more to say about setting OBMM up. This page highlights some of its other important features though.OMOD Installation - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/installmods/obmm-installation <-- This is the method you will probably use to install most of your mods (until you are convinced that switching to BAIN would be all kinds of better. ;))Use Wrye Bash to manager your load order, instead of OBMM. You have a lot more control with it, and there are actually things you cannot really do through OBMM with a bashed patch LO anyway. I actually recommend setting the "do not modify" LO option in OBMM's settings. All of your load ordering needs can be take care of with Wrye Bash (and, with the v284 release, we will be able to drag and drop plugins. How cool is that!) Edit: Let me know when you are ready to start preparing your mods for installation with OBMM. Basically, what you need to do is convert your mod packages into OMODs. It is easiest to do this from the original archives (especially if you want me to be able to help you, as that is the only way I can ensure we can have the same view of a mod's contents.)
