Missing Textures and gunfire sound then crash

well after installing cinematec, electro city and imaginator, this weird bug happens. First everything is running normally except the gun sounds, then after opening the pipboy i only see "!" in a red square, and entering another cell causes a crash. even after deinstalling all named Mods the bug still won´t disappear. Maybe enb problems? (enchanced shaders classic)
