I just started a human noble just to test this and the enemies were much harder BUT they were giving me only 9xp per kill...what is wrong? I just put the 3 GDAs you had here into my override. Do I need to do something differently?

According to VG you need to start as level 20 at least ......read through the posts he explains it all .

You can use beguiler to level up at the start

Edit: just wait for VG to get online and im sure he will tell you exactly what to do .

Im having heaps of fun tho :) and my XP is ok but then again i leveled up to 16 when i started the game.

ah yeah i didnt mess with any XP scaling, thats right, i thought exp_table does that but i was totally mistaken thats just for scaling level ups and spec points

i believe extra XP will be dished out from either autoscale gda..or somewhere else i saw in the source XLS

thanks for bringing to attention, will upload something.....soon...ill try maybe even tonight

just gotta finish something, hang in there guys

I have two of the GDA's that StarDusk requires VG the difficultyGDA and autoscaleGDA which i altered to my liking and it works like a charm but for some reason Nexus tells me that im not allowed to upload them

you'd have to archive it man, it somethin like a .rar or zip

what im thinking also, is that a lot of earlier maps have more "critter" rankings, those give Really low XP, i gota look into this, in fact i will right now

Try these Stardusk they should do the trick and good luck your gonna need it lol

Its something i have been working on, should fix the xp table and make it a little bit harder.

actually it fits nicely with what VG made

heh just a fair warning to stardusk - using en4's autoscale gda, the levels are set to be 11+ or so greater than the players, which at higher levels, well, could possibly make each npc into a "boss" lol

i know running that autoscale, gda for me, resulted in being killed with 3 hits haha, damn en4, you tyring to kill us in REAL LIFE? lol jk :p (-edit i have custom/lower damage resistance property stats for certain materials, but i am still sure its gonna hurt heheh)

what exp_table does this controls intervals at which you will level up, so level 1 is 1000 for example, level 2, 2500, level 3, 4500, level 4, 7000, etc, as well as after how manylevels a specialization class point is granted, it will not change amount of xp earned

also dusk, my guess was correct with the critter rankings, i noticed most one of my kills is granting me 25xp. i have heavily edited area maps and most rankings are set to "normal", except for larger battles where i use critter ranks as cannon fodder for adding to 'ambiance', almost like the 1 hit kill ranks but not so quick, more like 3 or 4 hit kills heheh

give me a day or so to finish with some meshes and i will scale the "critter" ranks up by 2 or 2.5x, and the normal ranks by .75, 1.25 or 1.5x higher, as well as bosses etc, so that level 50 cap can actually "possibly" be reached, in fact, buy comparing all of the old XP affecting charts to a freshly made one, should be able to use Identical scaling as bioware, just for higher levels. i dont recall Exactly where the XP rewards system was, but i do remember seeing it, it wont be a problem trust me

as for balancing talent points and such, we can deal with it when the time comes, lets get the XP and rest settled first, sound good?

i want to get these levels/leveling/xp charts knocked out so i can begin with the hardcore stuff :] i cant wait to show you guys some awesome things once they meet certain 'quality' requirements heheh

gentlemen, as always :]

INDEED VG lmao i wouldn't give the chap anything i couldn't beat myself :)

It is extremely difficult but so much fun !

On average critters are bout 5 levels higher then party, normals are about 7 and then 9 and 11 and bosses are about 15 levels higher so a boss fight is A BOSS FIGHT !with about 5000 hitpoints plus :)

It is challenging but not impossible

Have fun, i know i am

Ps VG the reason why you got killed in three hits is that with my mod you MUST use buffs or you will be slaughtered thats what makes it fun,

No more easy stroll in the park, each fight has to be thought through, strategized and most importantly all the party members have to be buffed to the max,

This mod should be used with Cleric mod btw for it is cleric that provides some of the best buffing spells in the game,

Have not tried it with anything else so errrr good luck

Ok try this just make sure you remove all the same name files that you already have. Sometimes they are in files folder in override and you cannot see them so make sure there arnt any coz that will break the mod.

If that does not satisfy your urge for a REALLY HARD GAME then i dont know what will lol

There must be SOME file I have blocking this because it was still a piece of cake...mind you I use the best equipment from Awakening but...still. I am not sure what to do. Maybe Veteran Gamer will release a complete mod....hmm.
