Just look for the file with "launcher" in the name in the Mopy folder. Edit: Wrye Bash - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/prep/wrye-bash <-- download and run the wxpython file (crossed out) on this page

You do not need to modify that INI file. Do not copy it either. You are done with Bash for now. Keep going with the steps.

Do not concern yourself with that. Those mods are way out of your league at this point. That is just part of the application.
darlaten1
i got bomm to work on ms word now. but bash still docent work.after this am i ready to start installing mods. is there a way to know if fast exit is working.
Tomlong54210
Please do not jump ahead. Get Bash working first, as it will be probably the most important utility you have installed. (BOSS might be slightly more important sometimes...) You are not ready to install mods yet. Forget about Fast Exit for now. If you do not have a problem exiting the game, then it is working, and I can guarantee you that if OBSE is installed properly, and your computer is not being quirky, it should work. Please, tell me what you have done for Wrye Bash. Give me a summary of your actions. I do not really know what you have done because the Bash installation has been interrupted on many occasions with your confusions, and I cannot see your Oblivion folder. Did you download and run the Wrye Python 02 package?Did you download and run the wxpython file?Did you create a shortcut pointing to the Launcher .pyw file AFTER running the separate wxpython install?
