The 275 installer has nothing to do with this. Actually, do not use that. The wxpython file to which I am suffering is a separate download. Python 2.6.4 is fine.

Wrye Bash - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/prep/wrye-bash <-- go through these instructions again, and delete the Mopy folder before doing so

Start at the step that follows downloading the Wrye Python 02 package.

it seas this is for 64 bit users wxpython 2.8.10.1 ansi. am i sapos to use this one Wrye Bash 284_RC1 - Archive Version

It does. However, if installing that help you as well, I will change that to say 64-bit or Vista users. Use the v283 until v284 is fully released. That way we can avoid any open bugs in that version. I have not used it yet either. It is supposed to have quite a few changes.

I suggest leaving it on and only turning it off (temporarily) when you run BOSS. With Lock Times on, you will not accidentally mess up your load order with other applications and such. Thank you for following these instructions. It is helping me make the info on the site more accurate and complete. I will go add "Vista" to those tags now.

Thanks again.

i forgot how to turn lock times on

Right-click on the File tab and put a check next to it.

Edit: The next step is downloading mods. Get the "required" mods, and, whatever else you download, do not choose too many as I help you. It would be easiest for me to help you if you only use mods I am familiar with for now. Anything on that page is fine, and any mods in my BAIN package list are fine as well.
