Anchorage Not Loading

[Crypticcheese]

I get to the last gate before the outside bit where you meet the outcasts but it doesn't load

it just stays on the loading screen until to quit the game

 

Also After starting a new game after installing fook the extra's down the side are gone

How do i fix this
